Chicken Kiev
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
* 4 whole chicken breasts
* 1/2 cup bread crumbs
* 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
* 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano leaves
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 4 tablespoons softened butter
* 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
* 4 ounces cheese (any sharp cheese) cut into strips
* 5 ounces melted butter
Preparation:
1. Pound chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thin
2. Mix together in a bowl bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of oregano, crushed garlic, and pepper.
3. In small bowl, stir together 4 tablespoons of melted butter, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
4. Spread melted butter mixture across the middle of each chicken breast
5. Lay a strip of cheese into the mixture
6. Fold the edges of the chicken breast over and roll the chicken breast
7. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter
8. Roll each chicken breast in the bread crumb mixture
9. Place chicken breasts in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan
10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
11. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 425° oven for 20 minutes

First, we add some oil to the pan
We dice onions, garlic, we fry for 10 min at a low temperature
We add salt and pepper to the salmon and we put it in the pan. Cook each side 5 min We add the capers and the cream and cook for 1 min
OMELETTE WITH POTATOES
INGREDIENTS:
oil
salt
1 onion
4 potatoes
2 eggs
PREARATION:
1.- We dice potatoes and onion. We wash ans salt
2.- We add oil in a sarton and fry potatoes and onion for 10 min at high temperature
3.- Then, we wash eggs and bait for 1 min
4.- We add 1 teaspoon of oil in a sarton and heat it
5.- Mix eggs with fried potatoes and fried onion
6.- When the oil is hot, we add the mixture (eggs, potatoes and onion). We fry each side 5-10 min at medium temperature.
GOLDEN COD
Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg Cod without salt
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 Kg Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Kg Potatoes
- 4 Eggs
- Salt (optional)
- Cream (I don´t put cream)
Preparation:
1- Cooked in a pan
2- Dice cod
3- Dice onion
4- Cook in a pan the olive oil
5- Add and cook first the onion and then the cod at low temperature for 15 minutes
6- Peel and cut the potatoes in thin strips
7- Fry the potatoes in another pan
8- Mix the potatoes whit the cod and the onion, add the beaten eggs and then cook until the eggs are thickened
9- Serve with a little of dice parsley
PEAS WHIT HAM
INGREDIENTS:
1 Onions
250 mg Ham
1 Kg Peas
Salt
Peppers
Oil
PREPARATION:
Cooked in a pan
First, we add some oil to the pan.
We dice onions and ham and we fry at a low temperature.
We add the peas in the pan.
We add salt and pepper to the peas.
Cook for five min.
Chicken Butter Masala
Cook time: 20 minutes
Ingredientes:
* 2 whole chicken breasts
* 1 onion
* 1 green pepper
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 teaspoon Indian species
* ½ tablet Avecrem
* Salt
* Ground pepper
* Oil
Preparation
1.Dice onion and green pepper and put it in a pan with some oil.
2.Fry for 10 min at a low temperature
3.Chop the chicken breasts and add it to the pan with little salt, ground pepper and ½ teaspoon of Indian species.
4.Cook 5-10 min
5.Mix together in a bowl butter, Avecrem and ½ teaspoon of Indian species and melt the mixture in microwaves.
6.Add the previous mixture to the pan with some water.
7.Cook 5 min
SALMOREJO
Ingredients:
2 pounds of tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
A piece of red pepper
A loaf of bread (bread of yesterday is better)
½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1.- Peel the tomatoes and dice them ant put in a bawl
2.- Chop the bread and dip it in the tomatoes juice for 15 minutes
3.- Add the clove of garlic, the piece of red pepper, olive oil and salt
4.- Mix together with a blender
5.- Pass through a collator
6.- Put into refrigerator at least two hours
7.- Server very cold, accompanied with hard-boiled egg and jam
spaghetti salad with avocado and smoke salmon.
Ingredients:
1/2 poun of spaghetti
1/2 poun of smoke salmon
1 avocado
1/2 onion or chives
oil "extra olive"
vinegar
salt
water
Preparation:
Boil the spaghetti in a pot with a lot of water and salt.
While cook the spaghetti until they´ll been "al dente", slice half onion, one avocado and the smoke salmon and put everything into a salad bowld. When the spaghetti being cooked, cooled them with cold watwr and drain. Add to the salad bowld and add oil, vinagar and a little bit of salt.
